Bkft was a good start to the day. Food Could have been warmer, other than that, Very good. Staff was Wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. On site Mexican restaurant was really good, clean & staff attentive. Nice to stay at hotel, after a long day of driving. Good job!

Karen at registration was VERY professional, pleasant and courteous. The shower was like it was heaven sent, the beds were comfortable , the free continental breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was extremely clean and tidy.

The staff was super helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor. We were greeted right away and taken care of in a timely manner. The front desk clerk even called our room after we were settled in just to make sure everything was to our liking. The room was very comfortable and very spacious. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area.

The staff was amazing friendly & courteous and the hotel was very clean both in common areas and rooms. Location was walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown.

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, and well trained. The location is great, it is only a short walk to downtown Franklin's attractions.

Karen checked us in and was the absolute sweetest. We experienced car trouble and were coming from out of state for a wedding. She made what could have been a stressful day, so much easier.
